Jamu, in Indonesian, directly translates to "herbs". It is a variety of traditional herbs originating from Indonesia that provides healing and restorative benefits. Even though jamu has been widely consumed by Indonesians for over 1,300 years, it hasn't received as much recognition as the benefits it has to offer from the global market due to its bitter and medicine-like taste.
